With 29 years of hairdressing under my belt, I started out in North Warwickshire in a small, family run salon where my passion started to build for hair. Once I qualified, I headed for London for bigger things.

Colour is my ultimate passion and I love creating personalised looks for everyone. I decided to take on the L'oreal Colour Specialist Degree (one of my biggest achievements) and have not looked back. I was also given the chance to work behind the scenes with the BBC on According to Bex!

Once I had the degree, I went to work in Leamington and was lucky enough to work for Achille. Having gained more knowledge, I then decided to work in Birmingham. I am super proud to have been working for Hush for 12 years now, where my clients allow me to be as creative as I want.

Having done some familiar faces at Hush Belinda Carlisle, Aljaz (Strictly), Mark Shaw (then Jerico) this has been a great experience to work alongside these people. I love making my clients look and feel fantastic!!!

Creative, passionate, and completely client-obsessed, I’m a Hair Stylist with over 10 years of experience bringing colour, cuts, and confidence to life. From bold, vibrant transformations to beautifully blended tones and precision cuts, I love creating looks that make my clients feel amazing inside and out.

Consultations are one of my favourite parts of the job - understanding your vision, adding a little creative magic, and delivering flawless, head-turning results every time. I thrive in busy, fast-paced salon environments, building strong relationships and loyal client bases along the way.

With a natural flair for leadership and a big love for teamwork, I’m all about positive energy, creativity, and making sure every single client leaves the chair smiling, confident, and already excited for their next appointment.

Meet Ken! Originally from Hong Kong, Ken is a highly experienced hairstylist renowned for his precision cutting and exceptional attention to detail. With an international background, he has refined his craft across various countries, bringing a wealth of global expertise to his clients.

Ken has styled hair for fashion shows and major TV productions in Hong Kong, where he has built a loyal clientele who eagerly anticipate his return. He travels back to Hong Kong once a year to reconnect with and serve his regular clients. In addition to his expertise in precision cutting, he specialises in perming and men’s hairstyling, creating tailored looks that complement each client’s individuality and lifestyle.

Outside of work, Ken enjoys spending time with his rescue dog, Pingu, and exploring the outdoors.

Bringing over 25 years of expertise to the salon, I specialise in delivering beautiful, personalised styles for both ladies and gentlemen. My goal is simple - to enhance your natural beauty and ensure you leave HUSH feeling confident, refreshed, and looking your best.

Hi, I’m Victoria! I’m a friendly, bubbly Graduate Stylist who’s all about creating gorgeous hair and genuine connections. I truly believe the secret to great hair starts with listening - taking the time to understand what makes you feel confident, comfortable, and completely yourself. My chair is a space where you’ll feel heard, cared for, and maybe even have a little laugh along the way!

I’m a passionate and caring person who’s always been drawn to roles that let me connect with and support others. From working with children to adults, I’ve loved being part of my community and adapting to meet the needs of the people around me.

Between 2022 and 2024, I took the incredible opportunity to travel and immerse myself in different cultures before committing to my career path. Those adventures taught me so much - from staying organised and adaptable to building connections with people from all walks of life. Most importantly, they helped me grow into the confident, open-minded person I am today.

From June 2024 to June 2025, I trained at Head Hunters Hair Academy, where my love for hair truly flourished. Now, I’m excited to pour my energy into building a long-term career in the hairdressing industry - creating beautiful results, uplifting my clients, and continuing to grow every day.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me keeping active, planning my next travel adventure, or making special memories with the people I love. I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair and help you look and feel your absolute best!
